A total of 72,012 Grade 10 students and another 30,662 grade 12 students throughout the country will now have access to their final examination results.
The grade 10 results went online today, soon after Education Minister Nick Kuman announced the online release of National Examination results.
Students can now see their results by accessing the website; pngdoeexamresults2018.com via a desk top computer, laptop, tablet or a mobile phone.
Alternatively, they can also access their results through a Mobile Application on any smart phone which can be downloaded by typing “Exam Results PNG” on Google Play Store.
The website is user friendly where students will be asked to provide their surname, first name, year (which is 2018), provincial code, school code and the candidate number in order to access their results.
Minister Kuman congratulated the Measurement Service Division and the technology Service Provider PureMath Solutions for achieving this benchmark which brings the Education Department on par with the latest technology that will improve communications with students regarding their examination results.
“I am happy to announce that this application is part of the quality reforms we have introduced to improve the examination and selection processes and also our communication with students and parents” said the Minister.
Meanwhile the Grade 10 selection list will be made known by tomorrow or early next week while the Grade 12 online selections to be announced on the 13th of December.
