Newly appointed Minister for Education Joseph Yopyopy is adamant to see better results for education in PNG by continuing to expand in a number of measures to develop quality education during his term.
“It is important to note that education is an investment and foundation for the national development for the future of our children”, said Yopyyopy.
Minister Yopyyopy intends to take specialinterests in seeking how various education institutes prioritize and focus onpolicies and structures.
“TFF’s, standard based education, new school structure of 166 and the examination systems will be reviewed along with the welfare of teachers to deliver quality education”, says Yopyyopy.
This was made clear during the hand overtake over ceremony of former Education Minister Nick Kuman to newly appointed Minister Joseph Yopyyopy at the Crowne Hotel.
